Robert, co-founder of Dolci Più and accomplished pastry chef, comes from a long line of bakers. Together with his wife Patrizia, he decided to change the way a typical pastry shop is run. In addition to serving delicious pastries, Dolci Più runs a bistro/café. The bakery also offers catering services, meals-to-go, coffee, gelato and much much more.
