Customer satisfaction is The Clever Bride's number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most orders, in concordance with the terms below.
1. Which items are eligible for return?
Unless specified specifically on the product's page, any non-personalized item (that is in its original packaging and in good condition) is eligible for return within 10 days of delivery; personalized items cannot be returned or reimbursed. Please note that The Clever Bride reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions detailed on this page.
2. How do I ship back my order?
When returning any item, you may use the shipping method of your choice and must assume the cost of your chosen shipping method; please ensure that the items are in good condition and in their original packaging.
3. What if there is an error with a personalized item?
If there is an error with your personalized item, please contact us immediately, with all of the details concerning the order. This said, please understand that we print the information you submit to us upon purchase. If you made a mistake while personalized your item, we may be able to replace the labels; there would be a fee for reprinting and reshipping the labels; there will be no fee if the mistake is from our end. Finally, please note that you may be asked to provide scans/pictures of the personalized items you recieved detailing the errors they contain.
4. What if I am missing an item or recieved a damaged item?
Please contact us immediately with all of the information regarding the missing or damaged items and we will do our best to replace them in a timely manner; The Clever Bride reserves the right to reimburse you for the cost of the itmes in the event that we are unable to replace them.
5. In the event of a return, how much will I be reimbursed?
If you choose to return an elible item, The Clever Bride will reimburse you the full price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee; the original price you paid for shipping will not be reimbursed. If your order qualified for free shipping, you will be reimbursed the amount of your order minus the 15% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping that was discounted.
